Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Yours First Step Foundation handles donations made through Razorpay hosted checkout on this website.

It applies to voluntary donations only. Internship applications and volunteer interest requests on this Site do not require a payment or application fee.

Yours First Step Foundation operates from its registered office at H. No. 4, Near School No. 4, Railway Station Road, Chomu, Jaipur, Rajasthan, 303702.

Donations are voluntary contributions to support our programs. A successful donation does not entitle you to an internship placement, certificate, volunteer role, or any other service from the organization.

Payment checkout is hosted by Razorpay. We receive a donation record only after Razorpay sends us a verified successful payment-captured event.

After a successful payment, Razorpay may send the donor a payment receipt to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Yours First Step Foundation does not issue Section 80G tax-exemption certificates through this website. If you need help locating a Razorpay receipt, email info@yourfirststepngo.org.

Successful captured donations are generally non-refundable because they support ongoing program work.

If you believe a payment failed but was captured, was charged more than once, or was made without your authorization, contact us promptly at the email below with the Razorpay payment identifier, date, and amount if available.

Where a refund or reversal is appropriate, we will work with Razorpay according to its processes and applicable law. Processing times depend on the payment method and Razorpay's rules.
